Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of this website and to services provided by Brioways. A signed proposal or service agreement for a specific project takes priority over these terms where they differ.

Website use

You may use this website to learn about our services and contact us. Do not misuse it, attempt to break its security, or copy its content for commercial use without permission.

Information on this website

Any starting price shown on this website is indicative, excludes GST, and may change. The price in your signed proposal is the one that applies. Examples on service pages describe typical uses and are not client claims; case studies are published with each client's written permission.

Pilots

Each engagement starts with a 14-day pilot with one goal agreed in writing. We aim to have your first system live within 7 days of kickoff, once we have the access and information we need from you. The pilot terms, including what happens if the goal is not met, are set out in your proposal.

Fees and payment

Setup fees are invoiced at the start of the pilot. Monthly fees are invoiced in advance. Usage above the volume agreed in your proposal is billed at the rates set out in it. Invoices are payable within 7 days.

Your responsibilities

Where we process personal data for you, our Data Processing Agreement applies. You confirm that you have the right to share the data and documents you give us, that your customers have consented to be contacted where the law requires it, and that you will use the systems we build lawfully, including TRAI telemarketing rules and WhatsApp's policies.

AI limitations

AI systems can make mistakes. We design every system with human handoff and review steps, but you remain responsible for decisions made using its output.

Ownership

You own your data, your accounts and the content we create for you once fees are paid. We keep ownership of our general tools, templates and know-how.

Cancellation

After the pilot, either side can end the monthly service with 30 days written notice.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at our registered office city have jurisdiction.
